1) Return Policy
All Sales are Final. Items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds both in-store and online.
2) Appointment Policy
The following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effectively given the limited amount of available appointments per week.
24-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If a payment was included when scheduling this appointment, it will be fully refunded upon cancellation.
If cancelled after 24 hours, the client is responsible to pay the full price of the respective service. Appointments that are not paid in advance will be responsible for their previous payment on their next visit.
An appointment could be rescheduled up to 24 hours before it is set to begin.
To ensure that we deliver the best possible experience and customer service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Although we advice all our clients to come in 5 minutes early, a 10 minute grace period is allowed after the appointment start time. After 10 minutes, the quality of the service and experience can be compromised - it is at the barbers discretion whether they can complete the service with the allotted time.
